Access: There is level access for wheelchairs at the main entrance. The box office is adjacent to the main entrance. The theatre has one level.

Seating: There is wheelchair access into the theatre. The wheelchair seating area is accessible and has good sight-lines. Phone ahead and inform box office of special seating requirements (ph. 02 9941 7088). There auditorium has excellent acoustics and sound support system. There is a hearing loop, which covers the full seating area.

Toilet: There is a unisex accessible toilet outside the theatre on the same level. It is adjacent to the male and female toilets.

Vehicles: There are accessible car spaces in the Zenith Centre Carpark, entry off McIntosh Street. The Carpark will validate tickets for theatre patrons. An accessible street parks is located on Railway Street, near the corner of McIntosh Street.

Bus: The bus interchange is nearby the theatre (5 minute travel). Wheelchair accessible services to Chatswood operate on route 136 (Manly to Chatswood via Dee Why and Frenchs Forest), routes 143, 144 (Manly to Chatswood via Crows Nest and Royal North Shore Hospital).

Train: Chatswood Station is nearby the theatre (5 minutes travel). The station has recently undergone some redevelopment they have now installed lift access from Orchard Street to the overpass and down to the platforms, with portable ramp access to the trains.
