Llewellyn Hall

The Llewellyn Hall is one of Australia’s finest concert halls. Llewellyn Hall has a capacity of 1442, with stalls seating for 994 and gallery seating for 448. The regular performances at Llewellyn Hall by staff and students of the ANU School of Music as well as many visiting orchestras, ensembles and artists make the School of Music a hub for cultural activity in Canberra. Llewellyn Hall hosts the Canberra Symphony Orchestra, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Australian Youth Orchestra, Musica Viva and many local and international touring ensembles. As well as providing the Canberra community with one of the best acoustic venues in Australia, the ANU School of Music Venues and Support group also provides professional sound, lighting, and production staff.
