THE Auditorium is perfect for your next seminar or one day conference, capable of holding up to 900 people in theatre-style seating, over 300 in class room style and up to 1000 for a cocktail launch. This makes it the perfect venue for conventions and large-scale corporate events such as awards ceremonies and presentation dinners. We can also offer expo facilities on negotiation. THE Auditorium is equipped with leading edge audio visual and presentation technology including; 3 motorized screens, high powered projectors and state-of-the art lighting and sound. Our professional audio technicians and Event Manager will work with you to ensure you don't pay for anything you don't need. We are happy to arrange coaches or buses to pick up your delegates from the city and return them safely at the conclusion of your event. This service can be worked into your package price on request. Private Occasions Every event is unique, so at THE Auditorium we don't employ a specific 'function formula'. We do however employ a professional Event Manager. Our dedicated Event Manager will work closely with you to ensure that every detail is just perfect. Our personal touch and years of function planning experience will guarantee you a memorable event, no matter what your budget. While we have a number of menu and beverage options, we are happy to tailor menus to suit your particular occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs. Private Occasions - Room Specifications To guarantee your event is everything you imagined, our lighting system has been designed so it is easy to add colour and mood to enhance any event. Touch screen pads have been installed and our staff are fully trained to operate them to create the perfect ambiance for your function. Along with our Event Manager, you can personally select music from our wide variety of CD's to ensure your guests enjoy exactly the appropriate style of background music to suit your function. A full range speakers installed above the stage in a Left, Centre and Right configuration provide your guests a surround listening experience whether you are enjoying a live band or understated 'dinner music'. Audio technicians may be charged on a per hour basis if required.
