Canberra Theatre

The Canberra Theatre is a proscenium arch theatre seating 1244 patrons in one raked tier. The Canberra Theatre was opened in June 1965 and maintains it's reputation as the premier performing arts venue in Canberra. The Canberra Theatre has traditionally housed major presenting companies such as The Australian Ballet as well as international acts, popular musicals and family entertainment.
