The Gympie Theatre Association's latest production "Educating Rita" has been cast and will begin rehearsals in mid August.
Louise Barnett, most recently seen on stage as Leisel in Zodiac Player's THE SOUND OF MUSIC will play the title role of Rita, and Bernard Murphy, who performed in last year's GTA production of COSI, will perform opposite in the role of Frank.
This modern classic two-hander will be performed during early and mid November at the Cooloola Art Gallery, Gympie.
Resident GTA director John Stone has taken the helm once again after his critically acclaimed success with COSI.
