Directed by James Crafti and being performed in the Odeon, Rope, written by Patrick Hamilton, will have seeing death from the party side. Opening March 8. ‘Michelle and Greg have committed murder. Yet this climax is only foreplay as the pair invite friends to help them celebrate. In front of those they respect, loath and envy (including the corpse hidden in a chest) the pair toast their success. But while Greg is nervous of the elephant in the room, Michelle seizes the opportunity to maximise artistic licence with the guests... well someone has to be the life of the party.’
