Ursula Pimple is about to marry Sivle Walkman, the famous pop singer/movie star when the ceremony is interupted by a mysterious and evil looking bag lady named Widgy. She has been scheming and trying to force three wishes onto Ursala in exchange for having Sivle for herself.
